The main focus is not “where a person is naturally,” but “where a person is spiritually.” This is accomplished through building one-on-one relationships, through mentoring, visitation, and weekly fellowship. Meet inmates' physical needs whenever possible, through Bible distribution, clothes distribution, and food distribution when available.
