Bridge to Hope: A Faith Community Partnership is a prison ministry of the Cape Cod Council of Churches to women incarcerated at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility in Bourne, Massachusetts. It is a one-on-one mentoring program for women that brings God's hope into the prison. Mentors are matched with women (mentees) who will be transitioning back into the community.Ministry help request

Add your prayer requestPlease pray for my daughter, Kristian, 25, who is in the Plane State Jail. She is a brittle diabetic and has other medical problems. She needs christian fellowship and for the back time she is suppose to get to be straighteded out. They gave her only 48 days and she is suppose to have 3 l/2 months.
