Individuals with a criminal history have different needs and each eligible member of the SOAR works with our Advocates to develop an individualized plan that may include emergency shelter, transportation, clothing, food, identification, medication, mental/medical care, and a wide range of social service. She has been under this curse 70 years. We have been praying for them both in out congregation as well as in other congregations but until now those evil bonds have not yet been broken.
