The Woman's Roots is a Re-entry Aftercare Prison Ministry Program designed "to Assist and Provide Post Released Female inmates with Resources for Transitional Housing Referrals; Rehabilitation and Recovery Counseling, along with Spiritual Mentoring". We provide basic hygiene back-packs and mentoring services for 6-9 months after release along with job placement assistance.Ministry help request
Inside The Wall Ministry
Our needs that need to be met monthly are mainly administrative needs such as envelopes, paper and stamps. Most of our ministry is mainly accomplished via mail, but most recently we have been going inside the jails/prisons. Cash is always accepted to help with gas and various cost. To give him strength to make it through this hard time and keep that strength as he walks out of those prison doors in a couple of months and come home and be the father and husband he was meant to be. Also, that he leaves that habit in the jail and never looks back out it again.
