We provide 1 year of free college-level education to prison inmates at 4 NY State prisons. Students earn a Certificate in Ministry and Human Services. It is open to men of all faith traditions. We are affiliated with Nyack College of Nyack, NY. During our first 15 years, we graduated more than 1,000 men. Fiji Prison Ministry
1. Pray for volunteers and wisdom in their activity in Fiji prisons.2. Pray for new inmate visitation. As part of the prison allocation process, all new inmates in Fiji now receive an induction to Chaplaincy Services. This is a real answer to prayer. The next step is to make Pacific Youth Correctional Ministries (PYCM) materials available for all new prisoners (this helps a prisoner evaluate what has brought them to the point of incarceration and where they go from there).
