Individuals with a criminal history have different needs and each eligible member of the SOAR works with our Advocates to develop an individualized plan that may include emergency shelter, transportation, clothing, food, identification, medication, mental/medical care, and a wide range of social service. The growth of CFEO in the Caribbean, God's purpose to be established to unite the churches, train their members and change the attitude of Christians towards ex-prisoners as well as crime survivors and their respective families.
