Prison Broadcasting Network
We have this idea to start a broadcasting service to/for/about inmates, by placing a radio transmitter, licensed for the relatively new low-power FM service, near each prison. We would have to find a local church to sponsor and be the licensee in each area, since the law requires that the prospective licensee be in existence for two years prior to the application and the transmitter must be located 10 miles from their main base of operations.Ministry help request
Rachel Deery Pen Pal Ministry
Rachel's Pen Pal Ministry operates on a voluntary basis. Therefore donations of writing supplies, i.e. pens, pencils, stationary, stamps, envelopes, etc. Would be very helpful and would allow us to write to more prisoners.
