Bridge to Hope: A Faith Community Partnership is a prison ministry of the Cape Cod Council of Churches to women incarcerated at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility in Bourne, Massachusetts. It is a one-on-one mentoring program for women that brings God's hope into the prison. Mentors are matched with women (mentees) who will be transitioning back into the community.Ministry help request

We have found that the state of California is a very difficult state to get into to distribute books to the inmates and also the Chaplains. Please pray for a breakthrough in this regard.
