Bridge to Hope: A Faith Community Partnership is a prison ministry of the Cape Cod Council of Churches to women incarcerated at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility in Bourne, Massachusetts. It is a one-on-one mentoring program for women that brings God's hope into the prison. Mentors are matched with women (mentees) who will be transitioning back into the community.Ministry help request

My son, Kris, is in the Volusia County Branch Jail serving a one year sentence. He is in the drug rehab unit at this time. I am praying that depression will be lifted, his back will be healed, he will be free of drugs and have no desire to smoke. Please help me lift him up. God has a purpose for everyone.
