Who We Are
Jordan Crossing Ministries is called to proclaim the Gospel of Christ and the beliefs of the Christian faith, to maintain the worship of God, and to inspire in all persons a love for Christ, a passion for righteousness, and a consciousness of their duties to God and their fellow human beings.
Our Vision
Pastor Michael Tomlinson had a 30 year heroin addiction and served 18 years in various state prisons. He became a Christian in June of 1989, but that wasn't enough to keep him from going back to prison two more times.
As he sat there in prison and witnessed the same men coming in over and over again, God revealed to him that these men needed discipleship training to stay out of prison.
Pastor Tomlinson was released for the last time and in 1996, Jordan Crossing Ministries was established.
Types Of Activity
For the past 14 years Jordan Crossing Ministries has discipled a vast amount of men who were released from prison, jail, and off the streets.
