Who We Are
LifeSavers International has been an outreach ministry since 1984. We have outreach ministries to many community areas, ie. Jails, Prisons, Home Bible Studies, Homeless Centers, Counseling in the Drug/Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence and Family Issues.
Our Vision
Our vision for the Jail/Prison Ministry is first and foremost salvation and restoration to God for inmates as well as being a ministry of reconciliation for their family units. Also we have set up a Life Coach Program to reduce the amount of returns to prison for our participants. Re-entry into Society and Communities are a goal - using support, accountability and job and training resources along with a church atmosphere and extended family for each and every ex-offender.
Types Of Activity
Counseling both individual and group. Job counseling and support including but not limited to social security cards, job listings, education and training where needed. Community projects and support. Mentoring through Life Coach Program for a minimum of 1 year post re-entry into Community.
Location
Broward County Judicial System for 12 years. Kingston, Jamaica Prison System for 10 years multiple Prison Correspondence with inmates but would like to install visitations in Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and Lake Counties.
Support In
That God would give us favor in the Prison Systems of the US for now and abroad where He wills. That God would by His Spirit open the hearts of all of the prisoners and inmates that He has opened to His ministers worldwide. That every word given by any minster would be anointed and powerful enough to reach where man cannot go - the conscience of men and women everywhere.
