Who We Are
Romans Chapter 8 is a Christian ministry that is not denominationally affiliated with any specific church within the Christian faith.
We are a Jesus connection, not a romance connection and all sanctioned correspondence is geared toward building up the faith of those who correspond with Christians "Encouragers" We were founded in 1992 and are based in New York State.
Our encouragers and the Inmates with whom they correspond are located throughout the United States.
Our Vision
To help Christian inmates stay strong in their walks with Christ through fellowship with other Christians in the form of letter writing.
Types Of Activity
We are primarily a penpal ministry, as we write inmates and they write us back.
We do this in an effort as an "Encourager" to lift up the spirits of the inmates that we write, many whom have never heard the Gospel and are not saved.
Location
Romans Chapter 8 Ministry is dedicated to sharing the love, forgiveness and resurrection life of Jesus Christ through letters with those in prison in the Northeast, South and MidWest.
