I want to begin a program with this prayer method to provide comfort and solace to those interested. I began studying and teaching meditation in 1967, and have pursued it until the present. I would like to share my experiences and understanding.

He is having a very hard time with this. He will be getting transfered to california when his time is up at bartlett.
