TX Pen Pals Wanted desire to meet the needs of these prisoners so that they may grow deeper in their faith and know that there are true Christians out here who really cares for them. She acts according to her mind's capability. She needs compassion and a different facility but can't act for herself. She is made fun of and then gets in more trouble as she isn't the adult others are.
