The Heartland Church Prison Ministry is a new ministry started in July 2014 by two friends, who experienced prison first hand, watching their adult children join the prison population. The passion developed in this ministry is heartfelt by all who volunteer, as we are each called to love those in and outside the walls of prison. Inside The Wall Ministry
Our needs that need to be met monthly are mainly administrative needs such as envelopes, paper and stamps. Most of our ministry is mainly accomplished via mail, but most recently we have been going inside the jails/prisons. Cash is always accepted to help with gas and various cost. Add your prayer requestPlease pray for my husband who in prison in Huntsville, Texas. Terry is up for parole and we are waiting for the decision from the parole board. My husband has been incarcerated 3 years and this is his second time up for parole. The chance of him making parole is somewhat slim since he has been in prison 2 other times for the same charge of drugs.
