Bridge to Hope: A Faith Community Partnership is a prison ministry of the Cape Cod Council of Churches to women incarcerated at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility in Bourne, Massachusetts. It is a one-on-one mentoring program for women that brings God's hope into the prison. Mentors are matched with women (mentees) who will be transitioning back into the community.Ministry help request

Please pray that he is safe and I can find away to come and visit him. I am not well and I live in Hollywood Florida and that is a very long drive for me.
