Mecklenburg Correctional Center, Powhatan Reception Center and Deep Meadow Correctional Center are reception and classification facilities. Their role is to intake offenders from the local jails and process them into the Department. Each of these facilities houses inmates classified to multiple levels of security.Ministry help request
Reciting the Oracle
Chris appreciates prayer regarding the direction of RTO. The ministry has become primarily a criminal justice ministry, for which Chris is delighted. About $1500 has been invested in marketing and costumes, not to mention countless hours of memorization and practice; but the recital aspect is almost "dead."
