Founded in 1985 by Gary Harris and Ronald, both foreign ex-prisoners of "Lurigancho" prison in Lima, Peru; Foreign Prisoners Fellowship - FPF ministers to inmates who are imprisoned not in their home countries. We are beliving God for a building, so that we can move our outreach from the home to a building where we can better serve those in the community. We are also believing God for more people to donate to our Outreach Program and the things we do in the community.
