Bridge to Hope: A Faith Community Partnership is a prison ministry of the Cape Cod Council of Churches to women incarcerated at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility in Bourne, Massachusetts. It is a one-on-one mentoring program for women that brings God's hope into the prison. Mentors are matched with women (mentees) who will be transitioning back into the community.Ministry help request
ICC Prison Ministry
a. Pray for our missions to various prisons in Kenya, victims of crime, inmates, wardens, special friends, fair judicial system e.t.c.b. For provision of jobs/mentoring/internship to those released from prison.
c. Many people will be willing to offer Counselling services to those released from prison.
d. Pray for resources to our ministry so that we able to reach many prisons.
e. Pray that the Lord will touch many to come and serve the Lord in this ministry in different ways.

Add your prayer requestPlease pray for my brother. He is having bad chest pains and I had to call the prison today and request that they do a Cardiac Catherization on him. Our whole family suffers from heart disease and all the tests that are done do not show anything unless they do a Catherization.
