Bridges4Change is a Re-entry/Community Inclusion Organization, empowering and enhancing the lives of minors, adults and family members in the community, as well as in the penal system, The Organization provides positive modification,management and related supportive services to meet the needs of their clients.
Our Vision
Our Organization has been instrumental in aiding the restricted and impoverished citizens in the U.S. Our Vision is to bring educational, employment, spiritual and support to the less fortunate men, women and youth, in order that they may achieve their highest capabilities and realize their full potential in achieving their own future endeavors.

Location
Our primary location and focus remains in the State of Pennsylvania and Services are provided to the youth, homeless and soon to be released individuals in Pennsylvania, although their is limited assistance we provide, as well, to individual in other states. Such services involve research for supportive community resources, such as transitional housing, halfway houses, healthcare, counseling, higher educational courses and employment.

People often complain about the problems in their communities and the escalation of crime. However, very few actually get involved in the resolutions to such problems. You have an opportunity to Get Involved. Volunteer to Make A Positive Change in Our Communities. If we are not part of the Resolutions to Problems, then we are part of the Problem/s. Become a Volunteer and Make A Difference.
