Who We Are
Franklin Correctional Institution is located 2 miles north of Carrabelle in Franklin County, FL. We have a vibratn Chaplaincy Program and over 65 dedicated volunteers active in Prison Outreach Ministry from our local church community.
Our Vision
I am glad to report that the Church Behind the Fences at Franklin CI is alive and well and the gospel of Jesus Christ is being proclaimed with resurrection power. Our goal is not rehabilitation but transformation and redemption of lives wrecked by sin.
