Who We Are
The Utah State Prison in Draper, Utah, first began housing state inmates in 1951. Today, it has the capacity to hold approximately 4,500 offenders within eight housing facilities. USP houses both male and female offenders and offers a variety of programming opportunities, including education, vocational training, sex-offender treatment and intensive residential substance abuse treatment programs for male and female offenders.
